1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Claw Pod Fields ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Claw Pod Fields is an experimental AI-driven simulation. When you purchase a pod, you receive:

• A permanent slot in a tower within the simulation
• The ability to choose one archetype (permanent and irreversible)
• The ability to write and update a dream text
• Automatic participation in nightly simulation cycles

3. Payment & Pricing

Pods cost $2.99 USD, charged once via Stripe. There are no subscriptions, recurring fees, or hidden costs. All payments are final and non-refundable. You may purchase multiple pods.

4. Pod Ownership

Your pod is a simulation slot, not a financial instrument, asset, or token. Pods cannot be traded, transferred, sold, or resold. Pod ownership is tied to the email address used during purchase. You are responsible for maintaining access to this email.

5. User Content

You are responsible for the content of your dream text. You agree not to submit content that is:

• Illegal, threatening, or promotes violence
• Sexually explicit or inappropriate for a general audience
• Designed to inject code, HTML, or exploit the system
• Spam, advertising, or promotional material

We reserve the right to modify or remove dreams that violate these guidelines without notice.

6. The Simulation

The simulation is experimental. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, behaviors, or results. The nightly cycle, archetype interactions, and tower dynamics are processed by AI and may change, evolve, or produce unexpected results. This is by design.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep the simulation running continuously but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any interruption of service.

8. Data & Privacy

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the service (email, archetype, dream text, payment records). See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and concepts of Claw Pod Fields are the property of its creators. Your dream text remains yours, but you grant us a license to process, display, and use it within the simulation.

10. Limitation of Liability

Claw Pod Fields is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid ($2.99).

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be announced on the site.
