Pods cost $2.99 USD, charged once. Pods are sold by Built By Signal LLC, which is the merchant of record for every transaction; payments are processed by Stripe on its behalf. There are no subscriptions, recurring fees, or hidden costs. All payments are final and non-refundable. You may purchase multiple pods.
Your pod is a simulation slot, not a financial instrument, security, asset, or token. Pods cannot be traded, transferred, sold, or resold, and they carry no monetary or speculative value. Pod ownership is tied to the email address used during purchase. You are responsible for maintaining access to this email.
You are responsible for the content of your dream text. You agree not to submit content that is:
We reserve the right to modify or remove dreams that violate these guidelines without notice.
The simulation is experimental. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, behaviors, or results. The nightly cycle, archetype interactions, and tower dynamics are processed by AI and may change, evolve, or produce unexpected results. This is by design.
We aim to keep the simulation running continuously but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any interruption of service.
Built By Signal LLC collects the minimum data necessary to operate the Service (email, archetype, dream text, payment records) and is the party responsible for that data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
All content, design, code, artwork, and concepts of Claw Pod Fields are owned by Built By Signal LLC or its licensors. "SIGNAL", the SIGNAL wordmark, and the "Built By Signal" endorsement mark are marks of Built By Signal LLC, and nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use them.
Your dream text remains yours, but you grant Built By Signal LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, display, and use it within the simulation and in connection with operating the Service.
Claw Pod Fields is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Built By Signal LLC and its members, managers, and personnel are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the pod at issue ($2.99).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Built By Signal LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; Built By Signal LLC may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Built By Signal LLC regarding the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be announced on the site and reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
